This floor is not your usual straight tiling. I have laid 3 different sizes to create a pattern. This makes the room look bigger.

We have gone through out the hallway, bathroom, kitchen and conservatory to make one complete look for the customer
Underfloor heating
This conservatory floor has had underfloor heating put down so it can be used in the winter as another room. Before it was much to cold to use. Cost affective
Brick bond
This also makes a small area look wider, this hallway followed into the kitchen/diner gave the entrance to the house a bigger feel. The size of the tiles where 60x30cm on a concrete screed, The grouting was done in a sandstone colour to match the colour of the tile
Victorian Tiling
This flooring is colourful, bold and makes a huge statement on a place that can keep the old school decor. The tiles are modern but put down to make the entrance seem grand.
